UM Education is a London-based international education agency offering academic and lifestyle support for overseas students. Founded to improve the student experience in the UK, UM is AEGIS (Gold) and BSA-accredited.
My Role: Digital Content Creative
Partnering with the marketing team, I formulated visual narrative strategies to elevate UM Education's digital presence. Instead of standard video editing, I focused on content architecture—adapting complex, long-form interviews into high-impact, bite-sized digital narratives tailored for algorithmic success on platforms like Rednote, Instagram, and TikTok. I refined story angles, pacing, and visual hooks to maximise viewer retention and brand exposure.
Achievement:
Project: "73 Dad William × UM Education" Rednote Video
Type: Vertical-format interview-style short video editing
Result: Achieved an average of over 300,000 views per video, generating significant organic exposure for the brand
Content Optimization: Successfully restructured and repurposed extensive interview footage into engaging multi-platform clips, drastically maximising content lifespan and ROI.
Strategic Collaboration: Served as the key creative partner for UM's content strategy, aligning human-centred storytelling with specific marketing goals.
